Set amongst the Melaleucas, a mixture of allotment types were designed into this residential subdivision. The product mix of unit sites, duplex sites and single dwelling lots of varying sizes provided flexibility for the developer’s sales team. The south-east Queensland based developer employed Development Planning + Approvals for all of their town planning needs.
