Justin Peel is the founder and director of Development Planning and Approvals (DP+A). Justin has two tertiary degrees, Bachelor of Engineering (Civil with Honours) and Bachelor of Arts. These studies included majoring in Civil and Structural Engineering and Geography and Environmental Science at Monash University. Justin has also completed Certificate IV in Property Services.
